Judith Shaw
Judith was born in the village where she has lived all her life. Judith went to MSA Primary School then onto secondary & higher education in Macclesfield.
Her working life was at ICI/Zeneca/AstraZeneca as a Cell Biologist until her retirement 12 years ago.
Since retiring she has extended her love of animals to rescue & rehome ferrets, many arriving into her care from very bad circumstances. They were nursed back to health and loving forever homes found.
Judith has been involved with the Village Hall as a trustee & committee member and held the position of Booking Secretary for many years. She also sat on the Social club committee.
Judith has a son & two stepdaughters who all have young families which keep her & husband Mick busy.
Judith & Mick enjoy holidaying around the UK in their motor home with their 2 small dogs.
