The allotments in Mottram St. Andrew situated on the corner of Oak Road and Priest Lane are administered by the Parish Council and provide the Community with 29 plots for the use of residents and other applicants dependant on availability.
There are three sizes of Plots on the site let under the terms of a standard tenancy agreement on a fixed scale of rents determined by whether the tenant is a Resident of Mottram St. Andrew or not and whether they are in receipt of a State Pension. Residents of Mottram St. Andrew are given priority. A waiting list is maintained as the site is generally fully let with tenants renewing their agreements annually on 1st April each year.
